How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered to your usual address after each successful renewal.

For example, if you start a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without having to do anything at all!

Even better, you'll save 10% on RRP every time.

Where can I manage my subscription?

Login to your Customer Account by clicking here, then click Profile to see an option to Manage your subscription, so click on that (or once you are logged in, you can click here).

How can I reschedule a delivery?

You can reschedule the next delivery in the customer portal - just make sure you have a day or two before your next delivery to avoid confusion. Each scheduled delivery will also have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the delivery. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add cat, dog or horse joint care products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can change the frequency of your deliveries at any time - for example if you haven't used up your last delivery yet - just by logging into the website (click the person icon in the top header bar to access your account) and changing your subscription frequency.

We have a 3 delivery minimum on subscriptions, as sadly the 'cancel anytime' option was being abused by people signing up, getting one delivery and cancelling, just to save 10% on one order!

However after your third subscription delivery, you can cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. 



What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
